Move Together is a Dance/Movement Therapy group for Adults (18+) with disabilities. We focus on group cohesion, socialization, and creative expression. Participants are welcome to stay seated in a chair during sessions or find a position on the floor that is comfortable. Movement can be full-bodied or it can be contained to certain areas like the hands or feet, depending on the individual’s range of motion. All ability levels are welcome.
