Support Groups provide a space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and experiencing while receiving support, empowerment and a sense of community. Youth Enrichment Group
Are you looking for your youth to participate in a meaningful program that will help with their overall wellbeing? We recognize the need for our youth to have a safe space to discuss their mental health and what they're going through. Our Youth Groups are held weekly for ages 11-17. We discuss and teach on topics such as mental health, healthy coping skills, self esteem, emotional regulation, life skills and character development. Groups involve workshops and interactive activities for youth to have fun and stay engaged. Groups are facilitated by trained Licensed Social Workers and Therapists.
