New to NYC

Many people come to New York City from elsewhere. Acclimating to NYC can be daunting and challenging. As a native New Yorker, I help my patients thrive and find their strength in the Big Apple. Meeting with other newbies, you share ideas, gain strength, and learn that you're not alone. The group dynamics are used to help each member learn about themselves.
