Process groups are long-format groups designed to support individuals seeking self-knowledge, community skills, and connection. The process group format is the pinnacle of existential exploration- together we encounter how our need for community and connection challenges our authenticity and individualism. Process groups are powerful tools for changing sticky patterns and are an excellent addition to your individual therapy or done on their own for some client. This process group is for individual adults. My facilitation style focuses on embodiment, the here-and-now, and liberatory patterns.
