New & Newish Moms' Support Group San Rafael
This group is designed to be the first step on your path to being the best mom you can be while also taking good care of yourself. It will be a safe place to explore and get help with your new role as a mom. Group members will be able to talk about how being a mom is REALLY going, share the mixed feelings that come up, and learn how to navigate difficult moments with baby and others, among other common challenges. This group will meet for 10 weeks in Central San Rafael.

Psychotherapy Process Group for Poly People
I am excited to announce a new psychotherapy process group for poly people in San Francisco. This group will be a safe place to expand self-understanding, improve understanding of others, and develop insight into their relationship values and patterns, in an environment where members don't have to educate people about polyamory. My special interests include identity, relationship and change issues. I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals and couples, including helping poly couples sort out their varying styles of polyamory, understanding the underpinnings of difficult areas in their relationship and helping couples make polyamory work optimally for them.
