New Mom's Support Group

Support group for mother's with a child 18 months or younger who struggle with managing their emotions. The group is a place Mom's can develop coping skills, learn more effective ways to communicate their needs and frustrations, and develop a sense of support and community together. Group members will have the opportunity to connect with other Moms with similar challenges and get support for their own personal difficulties through discussions as well as activities. Group therapy can be an especially powerful tool for Mom's who want more support.
