New Moms Support Group

This group provides support for new mothers of babies and toddlers (ages 0-2). You may be experiencing a number of emotions right now and you are not alone, so it's helpful to connect with other mothers in the community with a group facilitator who is also a new mother. This allows you a convenient, safe space to discuss topics like post-partum depression, anxiety, rage as well as managing triggers, parenting styles, and partnership challenges.
