This free virtual group is held every tuesday 730-830pm to support any active or retired first responder, law enforcement, or military personnel. The focus is on connecting with other first responders. we also focus on sharing traumatic experiences and gaining skills to navigate them effectively. Contact nick for the zoom link.

This will be an adult therapy group aiming to help people in their pursuit of meaning and purpose in their lives. In this time of great division and overstimulation our desire and need to find a purpose to sustain us is critical.
