Are you a teen navigating ADHD, autism, or just looking for support? Join this group where neurodiverse teens connect, share experiences, and learn strategies to thrive. This group is open to anyone wanting to better understand themselves and build connections. What we’ll talk about: Relationship Skills, Building Friendships, Hobbies & Interests, Communication Skills, Self-Esteem, Emotion Regulation, and Goal Setting. Why join?
