NeuroSpicy

A beautiful social group of differently wired adults geared toward Autistics, ADHDers and Developmental trauma. The group celebrates the lived experience of neurodiversity, giving a safe space without masks or hypervigilance. Bring your craft/hyperfocus/fidget and humor. The group served to bring community and connection. It is a place to vent frustrations with other humans who have experienced the distress of living in a world build for sameness and conformity. While the group is primarily late in life diagnosed professional AFAB folks, all are welcome. Call for more information regarding time and location.
