A mental health group for LGBTQ+ individuals (18+) who identify as neurodivergent. This group provides a safe space to explore neurodiversity, build skills, expand strengths and gain community. No diagnosis required - all are welcome! Group topics change weekly and are geared towards the group members. Must live in California. Group meets via Zoom.
