This six-month online discussion series is for neurodiverse couples who want to better understand recurring communication and relationship difficulties. Each cycle includes six planned topics. Meetings begin with brief psychoeducation, followed by questions and moderated discussion. The emphasis is on understanding differences in communication, interpretation, emotional experience, and expectations so that practical strategies make sense in context. January-June and July-December. Fee: $300 per couple. Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Topics include feeling unseen, expressing needs clearly, understanding and managing differences in expectations, and creating connection. This is more than a skills workshop: the emphasis is on understanding the reasons for relationship differences so that strategies make sense in context. Meetings begin with brief psychoeducation, followed by questions and moderated discussion. January-June and July-December. Fee: $250. Topics include understanding how your expectations may differ from your partner’s, communicating your needs, navigating interruptions and transitions, managing feeling overwhelmed, and reading nonverbal communication.
