Neurodivergent Relationship Skills & Intimacy

This therapy group is designed for neurodivergent adults who want to build more fulfilling, connected relationships. Together, we explore communication styles, emotional regulation, boundaries, sensory needs, attachment patterns, dating, partnership dynamics, and intimacy. The group offers a structured, supportive space to practice skills, gain insight, and connect with others who share similar lived experiences. We emphasize consent, authenticity, and unmasking while building practical tools for navigating conflict, expressing needs, and deepening emotional and physical intimacy. Participants can expect a collaborative, affirming environment that centers neurodiversity, respects varied identities and relationship structures, and supports growth through shared learning and structured instruction.
