Neurodivergent Process Group, Orange County
For folks that identify as neurodivergent or are curious about how they relate. This is a process-oriented therapy group, which means there will not be teaching or therapist led interventions. Instead, it will focus on the experience together, sharing with one another, and making connections. The intention for this group is to provide an environment for group members to share about their neurodivergent experiences, relate to others, and have the opportunity to build community in an environment that is celebratory and embracing uniqueness rather than promoting masking or perpetuating harm.
