Neurodivergent Group-Understanding Accommodations
This one-time therapeutic group is designed for neurodivergent adults who want to strengthen their confidence and skills in navigating accommodations. Together, we will explore how to recognize personal needs, practice the language of asking for support, and work toward accepting help without guilt or shame. The group will also focus on strategies for developing accommodations that honor neurodivergent strengths while reducing barriers in daily life. This group will held on both Nov. 16th and Nov. 24th. Both in-person and virtual.

LGBTQ+ Intersectionality Group
This group provides a structured therapeutic space for LGBTQ+ adults to explore the intersection of multiple identities (gender, sexuality, race, faith, disability, etc.) and the impact of those intersections on mental health, resilience, and self-concept. By integrating psychoeducation, narrative sharing, and group processing, the session aims to promote insight, emotional regulation, and self-acceptance. This group will be held October 25th and October 27th. Both online and in-person.
