Through reading, guided discussion, and meaningful dialogue, we’ll co-create a space for courageous exploration. You’ll be nurtured, challenged, and deeply witnessed—reminded that you were created for good, and that goodness still lives within you.

This men’s therapy group provides a safe setting in which members can learn as much as possible about themselves, examine relationships, and have opportunities to make desired changes. A basic rationale behind group therapy is that many of the emotional difficulties and problems we face result from unsatisfactory and unfulfilling relationships. Being in the group affords an opportunity to examine how we are interacting with others in the here and now and to seek more productive and fulfilling ways of relating. Men are often surprised to learn how much they have in common with other men.

Perimenopause feels confusing, overwhelming, and at times, isolating. One day you feel like yourself, and the next, everything feels off - your sleep, your mood, your energy, even your body. Many women find themselves asking, "What is happening to me?" without realizing that these shifts are often part of a natural hormonal transition. This education-based group is designed to help you better understand what's happening in your body during perimenopause, while providing a space to process the emotional and mental impact of these changes. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, feel supported, and move through this transition with more understanding and confidence.

Do you have an unhealthy relationship with your mother? Do you feel smothered? Abandoned? Rejected? Manipulated? Abused? Are you your mother's mother? Admitting to having a negative relationship with your mother is one of the hardest things to do because it is very unpopular; however, many have not been loved well by the first person they ever loved: their own mother. In this group we work to heal ourselves from the deep wounds caused by unwell mothers. We talk honestly about our feelings. We take steps to change our relationships, and change our lives.

I offer 3 hour to 5 day workshops, trainings, and intensives for groups and individuals. These experiences combine experiential, somatic, and expressive methods like IFS, Psychodrama, and EMDR. These are a great fit if weekly sessions are not providing the relief you're seeking. These intensives allow for the time to go deeper and have been compared to months of weekly therapy.
