Nurses struggle with asking for help. This group brings nurses together so they can learn how to take better care of themselves. "Nursing" is the most trusted profession but many times that is at the expense of the nurse and their health. Many demands are put on nurses (patients, physicians, administration) and it is a struggle to get everything done. This hopeless feeling can lead to substance use disorders, depression and anxiety. The group will help the nurse navigate these challenges so they can return to work healthier-physically, mentally and emotionally. Come join our nurse facilitated group.

A group for parents of teens or young adults in residential or intensive treatment. Along with other parents, you'll engage in the same therapeutic learning as your teen--in parallel--to fully immerse yourself and support their recovery in a tangible way. Through the skills and support of our group, you will take back your parental authority without sacrificing relationship. Our sessions will balance developing greater attunement while also identifying methods to hold firm, reasonable boundaries that enhance recovery. Don't go through this alone!

Embodying Safety Foundations led by Noah Granade is a 6-week psychotherapy group divided between educational components and personal application of material. Participants will learn about the interplay between our Attachment and Nervous systems, and the impacts of trauma, neuro-diversity, and oppression on these systems. Participants will engage in self-reflective activities with opportunities to share and connect with group members, but interpersonal experiential activities are reserved for Level 2. The primary goals of Level 1 are to gain a nuanced understanding of embodiment and wellness, potential barriers to accessing safe embodiment, and tap personal applications of these principles.

I help overwhelmed parents and caregivers in neurodivergent families exhale, regroup, and remember that they are more than the crises they’re managing. Whether you are parenting a neurodivergent child, caring for a loved one with complex needs, or navigating your own late-identified neurodivergence, our work together creates space where you do not have to translate or shrink yourself to be understood. Sessions are trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced to your nervous system—not to anyone else’s expectations. You do need curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Starting January 12, 2026. This 8-week group offers space to gently unpack the wounds of spiritual trauma while reclaiming the truth that we are—and have always been—integrated, whole beings. Together, we’ll explore how spiritual disconnection shapes our lives and identities, and how we can move toward healing with intention, compassion, and community. Through reading, guided discussion, and meaningful dialogue, we’ll co-create a space for courageous exploration. You’ll be nurtured, challenged, and deeply witnessed—reminded that you were created for good, and that goodness still lives within you.

Whether it's your first baby or your fifth - parenting is HARD! This group is a safe space to explore prenatal & postpartum depression and anxiety, sleepless nights, attachment, fears of "doing it wrong," being a working or stay-at-home parent, relationship changes, and "all the things" that happen in that first year. Dads are welcome too! This is a breastfeeding-friendly space, but there is also a private area for those that need it. Childcare is not provided, but infants who are not yet crawling are welcome. (There is an adjacent room for helpers to care for them.)

I offer 3 hour to 5 day workshops, trainings, and intensives for groups and individuals. These experiences combine experiential, somatic, and expressive methods like IFS, Psychodrama, and EMDR. These are a great fit if weekly sessions are not providing the relief you're seeking. These intensives allow for the time to go deeper and have been compared to months of weekly therapy.
