Navigating the rough waters of relationships

Do relationships help us or hurt us? Could it be they do both at the same time? This repeating workshop of 10 sessions explores the conflicting needs that manifest in every relationship. Together participants seek to understand how to sustain the conflict and pain that relationships inevitably cause as well as how to give to and how to take from our relationships. All types of relationships are grist for the mill: romantic, family, work and friendship. Please call to find out about openings for the next workshop.

Art and the Mother's Face I and II
In these groups we explore the ways in which our patterns of creativity are closely linked to our earliest experiences of closeness and distance with the mother or mother surrogate. Why do those involved in creative work have such highs and lows? Find out about the value of procrastination and the reasons for your desire to work and your turning away from work. Art is defined as any endeavor that requires some creative flexibility and that wishes to be born into the world. Please call about openings and for placement in Group I or II.
