Navigating Interracial Relationships

This group provides psychoeducation and emotional support for individuals in interracial relationships. Through the use of the gold-standard approach of the Gottman Method and influences from emotionally focused therapy, learn how to strengthen communication through the development of a healthier shared language with your partner(s). This group will make space for conversations around racism, stereotyping, and values identification. It will equip partner(s) with the tools to reduce their reactive responses, enhance compassion, de-escalate conflict, and be more attuned to cultural & familial differences.
