Navigating Freedom: A GPS for New Ex-Mormons

"Navigating Freedom: A GPS for New Ex-Mormons" - where breaking your covenants shouldn't feel like jumping off a cliff blindfolded. Join our trek of 'Post-Mormon Pioneers' as we equip you with skills sharper than Joseph Smith's lies. It's not a Conference Talk; it's a survival kit for understanding how trauma can sneak into a religious backdrop. We'll help you discover how to make sure your moral compass is as finely tuned as the fictional Liahona. We won't tell you what to believe, but we'll show you how to believe in yourself.

Thriving as a Former Mormon In Utah
"Thriving as a Former Mormon in Utah" – where ex-Mormons gather not to gossip about the Tabernacle Choir, but to understand the psychological fuckery that is the LDS church. Join us in dissecting the psyche behind it all, because let's face it, deciphering hieroglyphics might be easier, right Joseph? This group is about mastering the art of living and thriving in the Beehive State without getting stung by lingering dogmas. We're not chasing seagulls; we're chasing joy in the now, and the only thing we're sacrificing is the seriousness of it all.

Check out gingergrovecollective.com for details on our upcoming free Samhain-themed event to introduce the group. Ginger Grove Systems Circle is a biweekly peer support group for DID systems in the Salt Lake area. We focus on internal communication, system cooperation, skill-building, and reducing isolation. Evidence-based support grounded in the ISSTD Phase-Oriented Treatment Model and trauma-informed care. All parts welcome. We honor each alter's autonomy with the goal of multiple functionality—not integration. Biweekly, 2-hour sessions. Pricing: drop-in ($60), 6-session package ($300), or 12-session package ($550). Individual therapy with a licensed therapist is required.
