This 12-week psycho-educational group helps participants to explore how their unique story has shaped their view of self and others and how they show up in the “here and now” of their lives. Individuals will cultivate emotional and relational health in the areas of self-esteem, boundaries, reality, dependency, and moderation in a safe, group setting utilizing psychoeducation and process oriented activities.
