This is not your traditional talk therapy. We meet in the woods. Studies show that being in nature can lower stress & help focus. Walking & being in nature allow the brain to release "feel-good" neurotransmitters & increase body temperature, which is thought to have a calming effect on the brain. Wouldn't you agree your brain could use some calming down? Join the Nature Therapy group.
