Nature-Based Counseling Group

Join me for a 6-week journey of healing and self discovery in nature! Cultivate a meaningful connection with the natural world, learn and practice mindfulness based techniques, explore nature-based therapy practices for emotional regulation, engage in activities that promote stress relief and inner peace, connect with others in a supportive and healing environment, and experience the benefits of movement, fresh air, and grounding exercises. The next group will be starting on March 24 and goes through April 28th and we will meet at a variety of locations. Cost is $150 for 6 sessions (some insurances accepted).
