Narcisstic Abuse Support Group (Art Therapy-Based)
This is the JULY ONLINE group. We meet in monthly cohorts, each Sunday 7-9pm CST. This is for women interested in art-based support for rebuilding after NA or difficult relationship dynamics: romantic, parental, friendship, workplace, etc. We discuss coping/communication tools, psych ed, support, and include time for creative reflection. Not a substitution for therapy. Participants are required to have an individual therapist to bring further processing and concerns. This group provides a creative, structured environment where women can express/feel validated by other women. Please message about registering in advance.

Artist Community Creative Hour (Art Therapy-Based)
Ladies! Are you an artist wanting expand your media practice? Perhaps you're not an artist at all and want to try your hand at something new. Join our weekly ONLINE gathering to create and reset. This is a wonderful way to start the week. Each Monday, you are invited to respond to a thoughtful prompt through any medium you choose—painting, writing, collage, etc. No artistic experience necessary.
