The focus is on healing, validation, and support of other survivors who understand what you are going through.. Cost is $600 per month (paid in advance) to ensure commitment to the group. It will be small to ensure everyone has time to share and receive support. You don't have to do this alone. Join this virtual group for women at mid-life suffering from burnout (relationship-career-parent-caregiver). If your ready to move from surviving to thriving, this group is for you. We'll focus on boundaries, self-care, assertiveness, guilt, removing toxic vampires, finding your true self, and creating realistic balance that allows you to enjoy the life you worked so hard to create. Cost is $3000 for 6 months. Groups are capped at 15 people to ensure you receive high level support.
