Narcissistic Abuse Support Intensive
In this level 1 intensive you will devote 4 hours to learning what a Narcissist is and isn't. You will learn Why we end up with Narcissists, and the impact on our nervous system and attachment. We will work on how to form health boundaries and breaking the cycle for yourself and your children. This will be online either in a group setting or individual.
