Narcissistic Abuse Support Group (Art Therapy)
This is for the FEBRUARY 101 Group. For women interested in art-based support for rebuilding after NA or difficult relationship dynamics: parental, romantic, friendship, workplace, etc. We meet ONLINE in monthly cohorts, each Sunday 7-9pm CST. Meetings include PsychEd, coping/communication tools, support, and include time for creative reflection. This is not a substitution for therapy. Participants are required to have their own individual therapist for further processing and concerns. This group provides a creative, structured environment where women can express/feel validated by other women. Please message about registering in advance.

Women's ADHD Support Group (Art Therapy-Based)
FOR MARCH: This is a four-week, structured group combines psych-ed & art therapy for women (20s+) who are late-diagnosed with ADHD, exploring a potential diagnosis, or navigating ADHD during perimenopause/menopause. Sessions address ADHD's intersection with grief, relationships, motherhood, nutrition, co-occurring diagnoses, and body awareness through psych ed and evidence-based creative interventions. Participants develop self-awareness, learn coping strategies, and build peer support networks. Each session includes psychoeducational content, creative response time, and group processing.
