MySanctuaryHealing Religious Trauma Therapy Group
This is a new group that will be starting on Monday, 2/5/24 and run through Monday, 4/29/24. It will be a combination psychoeducation and psychotherapy group that will teach the principles of religious trauma syndrome to enable the clients to have an understanding of the religious trauma syndrome that they have experienced. It will also be a group that will explore the members complex trauma backgrounds, including their backgrounds, as well as their histories of religious and spiritual abuse. The group is open to adult men and women.

My Sanctuary Healing Religious Abuse Support Group
This is an ongoing support group that meets virtually from 7pm-8pm EST on Wednesdays. We are a beautiful mix of individuals of theological, cultural, ethnic, racial, and geographic diversity who have one thing in common. The issue that brings us all together is being a victim of religious trauma or spiritual abuse (e.g, being ostracized as a LGBTQ person, being abused sexually by a church leader, being racially profiled in a religious setting, being spiritually controlled in a religious setting. You are all welcome to this beautiful community.
