Music Therapy Mental Health(Not currently running)

Led by a board certified music therapist, this group provides adults a safe space to explore emotions, develop coping skills, and foster connections through music. Participants will engage in various activities, including songwriting, improvisation, music assisted relaxation, and group music-making, tailored to promote self-expression and emotional resilience. This group is open to all who wish to utilize music as a tool for healing and growth- no music experience needed.
