Multidisciplanary Creatives Mental Health Group

A group where creative people share their creative work and issues surrounding their work with like-minded individuals. You can receive feedback, emotional support, and find a community of musicians, actors, painters, poets, chefs, skaters, etc., who are also working on themselves and dedicated to their craft. This is for people with a committed creative practice (though not necessarily a full-time professional). This group is appropriate for people who are dealing with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
