As a queer therapist, I understand the beauty and complexity of the coming out process. It can be both exhilarating and frightening. This group is here to support you, regardless of your coming out experience. Being queer can sometimes feel like an underrepresented and misunderstood identity, leaving individuals unsure of what their life can look like and how to navigate the unique challenges and celebrations that come with being queer. The aim is to provide a sense of community and a space to process your biases, queer culture, attachment, sex, and how to navigate difficult family or relationship dynamics.
