Multi-Family Teen DBT skills group
Our IN PERSON Multi-Family DBT Skills Groups pair parents with their adolescents to learn DBT skills together. Teens and their families meet on Wednesdays at our Bethesda office from 5:30PM to 7:30PM. In group, you will learn skills from the following modules: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and middle path.
