Multi Family Group

This groups purpose is to help identify and integrate family dynamic issues, building on themes of communication, emotional regulation, and compassion and understanding. Members will work together to illuminate patterns of stress in the household and gain coping skills to de-escalate, alleviate expectations and misunderstandings, and create space for repairative conversations and vulnerability.
