Multi-Family DBT Skills Groups

This Multi-Family DBT Skills Group brings adolescents and their parents together to learn practical coping and communication skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Families build tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and navigating challenges, all while connecting with and receiving support from other families going through similar experiences. The Wednesday group meets at 6:30PM, and the Thursday group meets at 7:00PM, and they're both 1-hour long.

Men's Coping Skills & Support Group
"EQUIPPED": Coping Skills & Support Group for Men. This peer group supports social connection and normalizes emotional openness. Learn evidence-based relaxation methods to reduce physical and emotional stress. Group members learn skills to identify, tolerate, and regulate difficult emotions. Learn communication strategies to improve relationships at work and home. We know that social support is a protective factor for mental health, and that men are less likely to seek it due to stigma and social norms. Instead, participants can build trust and reduce isolation by joining this supportive community and improve their wellbeing.
