MRT® is an effective systematic, cognitive-behavioral approach that treats a wide range of issues including substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, parenting, job skills, and other issues. The programs are implemented in groups utilizing workbooks directly targeting specific issues.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
RESTART (Relapse-prevention, Education, Support and Therapy for At Risk Teens) is a program for Adolescents with Substance Use Disorders, or Co-occurring disorders. IOP includes Teen groups 3 nights a week (2 groups per night); Weekly Virtual Parent Support Groups; Individual Therapy and Family Therapy. Our groups address topics that include, but are not limited to: Relapse Prevention Planning; Girls/Boys Groups for gender-specific issues; Emotion Regulation/management; Psychoeducation; and Group Activities. We have 2 locations: 1). Plano (hybrid with 2 nights a week virtual and 1 night a week in-person) and 2) Denton (in person)
