Move Your Mood - Movement therapy group for kids

We utilize movement and creativity to help children manage their emotions and to allow them to better communicate. Children will better understand themselves and gain self-confidence. Children will learn how to manage their emotions and use creativity as a mode in which they can express themselves. The group environment with other children offers group cohesion, connection and the ability to make new friends! This program is geared towards children who have ADHD, anxiety or those who struggle to fit in with others.
