Join 8 others to explore the 8 domains of whole health and how each one has an impact on our overall health. Motiv8 Whole Health Program is an 8 week experience with one group and one individual session each week, containing some safe movement and group support!! This expense can be turned into your insurance for reimbursement. Our group will have health goals that we explore together with the power of human connection.
