Are you or someone you know recovering from COVID, but continue to experience long-term symptoms (e.g., fatigue, difficulty sleeping, headaches, brain 'fog', pain ), and experiencing a decline in quality of your life? Do you feel anxious, depressed or dismissed by family and friends or others close to you? Join this group! You will be able to talk about your pains (both physical and mental), find a sense of solidarity and sympathy, and feel less alone. Feeling Isolated Group
Are you lonely or feel isolated? Do you live alone or apart from your loved ones (widowed, divorced, separated)? Join this group! In this group members will learn to identify and verbalize thoughts and feelings they are experiencing, in a safe and supportive environment. Members will also have opportunities to reflect on their interpersonal relationships (or lack of them) and their relational patterns. It can be very meaningful to have a witness to your struggles, as well as your growth. Divorce or Separation Group
This group is for people who are considering or going through divorce or separation. Within the group, members will identify, explore and share their thoughts and feelings about the ending of a relationship, and perhaps the beginning of a new one. In a safe and validating environment, they will be helped to recognize , and make sense of, self-doubt, fear, loss, guilt, shame, ambivalence, as well as connect with hope and excitement. Members will be supported through challenges of separation/divorce and deal with loss, loneliness, and change. This is a safe place. All are welcome.
