During each 6-session ONLINE class we focus on skills and tools for the mothers to replenish their energies, their vitality and their well-being; Practicing exquisite self-care especially then when we are in distress benefits the whole family and every single loved one in return! ! You will also learn how to interact with your child, your family members to benefit the entire system.
