Mothers of High School Seniors

Preparing to send your child to college is one of the most emotionally complex stages of parenting—both challenging and deeply meaningful. While much of this year is centered on your child’s transition, you may also find yourself experiencing unexpected waves of change, reflection, and emotion. This group is designed specifically for mothers of high school seniors. Together, we will explore themes such as shifting identity, parenting challenges, loneliness, anxiety, sadness, and the sense of loss that can accompany this stage. The group provides both emotional support and guided discussion with others who understand this experience.
