Know your mind and you shall know yourself. This group focuses on mindfulness based interventions like mindfulness, yoga, and meditation to build awareness of one’s mind. These tools are evidence based and have been proven to address numerous mental health challenges as well as increasing one’s general well being. This group is open to anyone over the age of 14 years old.
