Mother's Group
The Mother’s Group is a safe space where moms - expectant moms, new moms and those with a little more experience - can find support. It is a place where women can share their fears, anxieties, joys and struggles related to motherhood. The vast array of changes that take place during this remarkable time in a woman’s life – physical, relationship, professional, etc. - can leave even the most ‘put together’ woman feeling overwhelmed. Participants are able to explore personal challenges and share ALL their thoughts and feelings.

Un espacio seguro en donde madres primerizas y otras con un poco mas de experiencia - pueden encontrar apoyo. Este es el lugar en donde se pueden expresar todo tipo de emociones incluyendo; miedos, ansiedades, incertidumbre y gozos relacionados con la maternidad. La maternindad es un momento lleno de cambios imprevistos en la vida de la mujer- tanto fisicos, como mentales, en sus relaciones y profesionalmente. Hablar de emociones dificiles ha sido y sigue siendo 'taboo' en nuestra sociedad. En este grupo semanal, todas la mujeres encontraran su voz y el apoyo necesario para entender estos cambios.
