Mother's Empowerment Group

A virtual 6-week women-centered therapeutic support group that will  focus on how to find your center in a world that has crumbled much of our foundation. Group will focus on tangible skills to use when feeling 'out of control,' reidentification of self separate from mother, boundaries for self-care, calming the inner chaos, and other group identified topics. Goal of group is to provide education & skills, but also foster connection with other women.
