Motherhood & Me - New Moms Support Group

The transition into motherhood is one of the most profound identity shifts a person can experience. While the first year postpartum can bring many beautiful moments, it also often comes with overwhelm, identity loss, relationship tension, and emotional isolation. Motherhood & Me is a weekly virtual therapy group created to support postpartum women through the emotional and relational changes in the first year of motherhood. Through education, shared experience, and guided discussion - this group offers community, support, and practical tools to help you stay connected and supported. Your baby is welcome to attend virtually with you and sliding scales are available!
