Mother Hunger: A Therapeutic Book Club
This therapeutic book club provides a nurturing environment for members to explore the profound themes in Mother Hunger: How Adult Daughters Can Understand and Heal from Lost Nurturance, Protection, and Guidance by Kelly McDaniel. Together, we read the book in segments, to be completed in between bi-weekly sessions. Over 7 sessions, members will explore the impacts of attachment, discover strategies for self-nurturance, and cultivate a sense of inner guidance and self-compassion.
