Mother & Daughter Circle Starting 10/10/24

Mother & Daughter Circle is an 8-week support group intended to promote a healthy and sustaining bond between mothers & daughters during the transitional years from girlhood to young womanhood. They strengthen their bonds through shared listening, creative expression, and skill building through fun and heart-warmimg activities. "Heart of the Matter" promotes empathy, communication skills, stress reduction, setting limits and honoring boundaries, exploring meanings and messages about female identity, identifying relationship accountability, and experiencing affirmations. Mothers & Daughters (14-18 years old) attend group TOGETHER Thursdays starting 10/10/24 ending 12/5/24. $100 per pair for entire 8-weeks.
