Mope No More Moms

This group reaches out to women who have children who are now involved in systemic care (i.e. DFCS, DJJ, youth development centers, etc.) The focus of the group is to create skills that will support those learned by the child as well as provide a space for women to identify those areas of motherhood that create stress, frustration and lack of control. You will be with like-minded, non-judgmental women who will provide a space for you to be vulnerable and open.
