Monthly Women’s Group/Psychodrama

Women’s gatherings are strong energetic circles. Our work and intentions ripple outward, affecting our world. Psychodrama makes us each other’s healing agents. Using action, role-play, and the body, this multi-sensory and holistic process opens the doorway to profound healing and lasting change. Meaning "soul in action," psychodrama is an experiential and action-oriented group process. It offers us the creative stage to concretize our inner, often unconscious, realities, hopes, and unlived dreams and perform reparative action in the here and now. Embodied playing and learning are essential acts of self-care, leading toward mutual, meaningful relationships.
