This is an online meditation offering specializing in the Four Postures of Mindfulness including standing, walking, sitting, lying down, and their variations with the purpose of cultivating individual and collective present moment awareness, focusing, and nervous systems regulation. Practitioners are guided through processes of body/mind connectivity, creativity, and informal group discussion around a theme. No prior experience needed. You do not have to stay for the full time, but are encouraged to arrive within the first ten minutes of starting time. Cost is by donation or pay-it-forward in the range of $30 - 80 per session, per person.
