Mindfulness is a multilayered set of tools that when practiced regularly help us to navigate the world and our response to it in a healthy more balanced manner. Learning the skills of Mindfulness has shown to improve over all health and wellness, improve focus, clarity and emotional regulation as well as reduce the symptoms of physical and emotional stress. Group will consist of check in, education, as well as time for practice, questions and clinical feedback.
